
Alternate nostril breathing is a pranayama practice used to restore balance and ease in the mind and body. Through concentrated breathwork we can regulate our nervous system, relieve anxiety, and improve focus - among other benefits. This is a quick practice, but once you become comfortable with this technique, I encourage you to practice on your own and increase the duration to suit your needs.
