
Yoga offers us many tools to cultivate strength and serenity, including breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. The breath is our only direct route to hack the nervous system, which otherwise operates involuntarily. Whether you're feeling anxious or just want to wind down, a few minutes of calming breathwork can work wonders. We'll segue into a 3-4 minute meditation, where the body and mind can soak up the benefits from this practice. Enjoy!
