In this class we'll explore two roads taking us to the same destination, combining the complimentary practices of yin (passive) and yang (active) to build natarajasana (dancer's pose). Whether or not it's your favorite pose, I highly recommend this class if you enjoy feeling open through your front body, and strong in your back body.
