
Building Flexibility + Mobility for Center Splits
Some bodies find this pose restful. Others have to work REALLY hard to get a glimpse of it. All of us can benefit from having more strength and stability around our hip joints. If you're curious how I feel about it, just look at my face. Grab a block (or other weighted object), pretend like you love it (even if you don't), and enjoy the ride! Progress, my friend.
