Mellow Flow: Hips + Twists

A blend of yin and yang that includes both supported and active twists and hip stretches. Energetically, we’ll start in stillness, slowly build movements to promote the release of stuck energy, and then surrender into supported poses that allow us to practice letting go of our efforts.
