WTF is Rocket?? I'm so glad you asked. Rocket is a slightly rebellious style of yoga that takes traditional poses and strings them together in a way that builds strength, focus, stamina, and flexibility. It's challenging, and also grounding. Serious, but playful. Don't let the name freak you out. We'll take it slow, and different options will be offered along the way!
