COMPLETED: FEBRUARY 13th - MARCH 13th, 2023
10 yoga classes focused on dynamic strength, flexibility + mobility, stability + balance, and mental strength. Classes are pre-recorded and designed for all levels. They'll be released daily during the 1st and 3rd weeks of the challenge, giving you time to catch up, rest, or double down, depending on what your body needs. Some experience with yoga will be helpful, but is not required. Participants have one month to complete the challenge.
