New to yoga? Perfect. We'll break it down and there will be lots of options. Been doing this a while? Perfect. This class gives you the opportunity to revisit the foundations of yoga asana and recalibrate your practice.
50 MIN | BLANKET OR TOWEL, 2 BLOCKS (OR SUB)
You don't need to be flexible to do yoga, but through a regular yoga practice you may become more flexible (in both body and mind). In this class we work on mobility and flexibility in the legs, shoulders, hips, and spine through focused, supported movements.
51 MIN | STRAP, 2 BLOCKS
Core strength is so much more dimensional, and useful, than the 6-pack we often associate with it. This practice will build deep, all-around core strength for better balance and more stability. If you suffer from lower back pain, having a strong core is extra important and can offer some relief with regular practice.

WTF is Rocket?? I'm so glad you asked. Rocket is a slightly rebellious style of yoga that takes traditional poses and strings them together in a way that builds strength, focus, stamina, and flexibility. It's challenging, and also grounding. Serious, but playful. Don't let the name freak you out. We'll take it slow, and different options will be offered along the way!
